It's been a while

Hi Everyone, It's been a while. I'm still trying to figure out this blogging. I haven't done much sewing lately, but have been able to make a few presents. My 14 yr old Granddaughter asked me to make her another tote for her birthday and I picked up my knitting needles (after quite a few years) and made her a fun scarf to match. My stepdaugher asked me to make my 2 year Granddaughter a baby doll blanket and pillow.
Hopefully, this works. Connie 204

  1. Yea!!!-----Our Connie from APQ has finally made it to Blogspot! (See, Connie, I knew you could do it; if I can, anyone can!)
Okay, APQ Bloggers, give her a big welcome by becoming a Follower of hers again; I've been promising her that she would be able to find us all by clicking on our picture in her Follower list. So get yours there for her. I've been missing her and her beautiful hand work!
Connie, your granddaughter will be the envy of all the girls when she carries that bag and wears that pretty scarf! And every little girl needs a doll quilt and pillow. Cute!
Glad you've joined us again! ---"Love"

  3. Welcome! I'm sure your granddaughters will love your gifts. Your tote is inspiring me to get one done for my daughter to lug her ice skates in. I have the fabric, just need to sit down and make the thing! -Joanne

  4. I love the fabric in the bag! And a matching scarf. Your granddaughter is a very lucky girl indeed. The baby doll blanket and pillow are so sweet. As you are set to *no-reply-blogger* I just wanted to thank you for your compliments on my quilt. It was so much fun to let go and stitch the different patterns. Not perfect but that doesn't matter. I'm becoming more confident with each project. Happy Stitching, Ann :-)
